- Air Europa opens Travel Agency Portal access in Belgium, France, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, and the United Kingdom
- Expansion follows successful launch in Spain using Retailaer’s Connect Distribution platform
- New markets gain enhanced NDC-enabled booking, access to ancillaries, and multi-PNR servicing through Retailaer’s Offer and Order Management System (OMS)
London, 5 February, 2026 — Retailaer, the airline retailing and distribution platform, today announced the expansion of Air Europa’s Travel Agency Portal to six additional European markets: Belgium, France, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, and the United Kingdom, in addition to the existing launch in Spain.
This rollout marks a significant next phase in Air Europa’s broader NDC acceleration strategy, enabling travel agents across Europe to seamlessly shop, book, and service Air Europa content through a unified Retailaer interface — including flights, ancillaries, and third-party services.
The initiative is powered by Retailaer’s Connect & Retail Distribution platform, which supports airline retailing regardless of legacy PSS constraints. Through its modular and interoperable design, the platform enables access to key features such as dynamic discounting, dynamic bundling, multi-PNR handling, and rewards through a centralised wallet.
“We are delighted to extend access to our Travel Agency portal across six new European markets, strengthening our relationship with travel trade partners and continuing our journey toward a more flexible and connected retail distribution ecosystem,” said Yago Casasnovas, Head of Payments, Fraud Prevention and Distribution at Air Europa. “This expansion supports our commitment to ‘You decide’ — giving agencies more ways to access Air Europa content, whether via our portal, NDC, or GDS.”
“Our continued work with Air Europa reflects our shared vision for a modern, adaptable, and partner-first approach to airline retailing,” said Anders Lofgren, Co-founder and CEO of Retailaer. “Expanding the portal to key European markets showcases how airlines can rapidly scale retailing capabilities and unlock new value across their distribution networks.”
